If the exhaust temperature is lowered enough, the water vapor in the flue gas will condense, and the latent heat of vaporization of the condensed water can be utilized.

The boiler that fully absorbs the waste heat of boiler exhaust and the latent heat of vaporization of water vapor by condensing the water vapor in the flue gas is called a condensing boiler.
