Attention: The explosion-proof electrical part has added a explosion-proof surface structure and uses explosion-proof junction boxes and YBDF explosion-proof valve motors. During installation, commissioning, and maintenance, the explosion-proof surface must not be damaged, and electrical related box covers or live operations must not be removed in explosive environments. Before opening the electrical box cover, the power must be cut off first, and the cover must be tightly fastened during reinstallation to ensure the explosion-proof performance!

Installation, disassembly and precautions

1. The installation form of this electric device has no principle requirements, but the recommended installation form is when the motor is in a horizontal state and the electrical box cover is in a horizontal or vertical upward state, which is conducive to lubrication, debugging, maintenance, and manual operation;

2. During installation, the space required for maintenance and inspection personnel to disassemble each component should be ensured;

3. The axial clearance between the installation and valve connection teeth should not be less than 1-2mm;

4. The bolts connected to the valve shall not be lower than grade 8.8;

5. When used for open stem valves, the extension of the valve stem should be checked to ensure that it matches the length of the valve stem sheath;

6. When disassembly is required, the manual handwheel should be rotated several times before proceeding with the valve slightly open;

7. During installation, disassembly, and debugging, the sealing surface, sealing components, and explosion-proof surface of explosion-proof electrical equipment should not be damaged, and anti rust oil should be applied to the explosion-proof surface. The electrical cover should be tightly fastened to prevent rainwater or moisture from entering;

8. Windows must not collide with hard objects;

9. This electric device operates on a short-term working system, and the continuous working time shall not exceed the nameplate calibration time;

10. When the valve is not frequently used, it should be regularly inspected, maintained, and operated. It is recommended to operate it at least once a month for no more than 10 minutes.
