Application Background
Due to significant loopholes in the cargo loading management of a certain quarry, intentional or unintentional incorrect loading has occurred repeatedly, causing significant losses to the owners.
This solution aims to install high-precision positioning and recognition equipment on the loading shovel, bind the inherent relationship between the type of stone loaded by the shovel and the movement position of the shovel, effectively limit the occurrence of wrong loading, improve the intelligent and automated management level of stone cargo loading, and create considerable economic benefits for owners.
operating procedure
Step 1: Register, weigh the vehicle tare, and issue a card.
Card information: license plate number, vehicle model, vehicle weight, stone type.
Step 2: Load the goods with the card.
The truck driver hands over the IC card to the forklift driver, who inserts the IC card into the onboard device. The device displays the license plate number and the type of stone material being loaded. The forklift driver verifies the information on the card and loads the goods accordingly.
Step 3: Weighing and billing.
The truck driver can use their card to weigh, bill, and pay at the weighing station.
working principle
The system consists of three main parts: IC card, forklift onboard equipment, and monitoring center.
The IC card stores IC card number, license plate number, vehicle type, stone type, and tare weight information.
Once the IC card is inserted into the forklift's onboard device, the device immediately reads the information on the card and uploads it to the monitoring center through WiFi communication. Afterwards, the onboard device uploads real-time (5HZ) position and attitude data to the monitoring center.
The monitoring center runs recognition software, which completes the following functions:
1) Obtain the positioning and orientation data of the forklift from the onboard terminal device.
2) Describe its motion trajectory in chronological order based on positioning data.
3) Analyze the motion trajectory based on directional data to determine the homework behavior.
4) Determine the type of stone material loaded by the shovel based on its location and operational behavior.
5) Compare whether the corresponding type of stone material is consistent with the actual type of stone material loaded.
6) Compare whether there is a significant difference between the loading quantity and the truck model.
7) Determine whether the forklift is engaged in loading operations without inserting an IC card.
In the following situations, the software will automatically sound an alarm and record the time of the alarm, the type of alarm, the violating forklift number, the corresponding truck license plate number, etc., for future inspection and accountability.
