Manufacturing process of fixed column cantilever crane

Fixed column cantilever crane is a small and medium-sized lifting equipment developed in recent years. What should you pay attention to when installing the column cantilever crane, as told by Luxin Crane?

1、 Installation of pillars

Insert the column into the inner circle of the base plate, weld and fix the base plate to the column on both sides of the base plate, and then weld several reinforcing plates to the base plate and column to complete the installation of the column cantilever suspension base plate.

2、 Installation of end plate and waist ring track

Firstly, adjust the position of the rotating shaft and end plate of the column crane and weld them together to ensure the verticality of the rotating shaft. Then place the end plate into the column and weld it to the column according to the dimensions on the drawing. Insert the waist ring track into the column, adjust the corresponding position according to the drawing size, weld and fix it to the column, and complete the installation.

3、 Installation of rotary sleeve

Weld and fix the bearing seat and the rotary cylinder through the connecting plate according to the drawing size, press in the self-aligning roller bearing, and then seal the left side of the rotary sleeve with the bearing pressure plate. Weld a sealing plate connection plate on the right side of the rotary cylinder, connect the sealing plate with bolts, remove the sealing plate during on-site installation, and install a current collector device inside the rotary sleeve. After the installation of the internal components of the column cantilever suspension rotary sleeve is completed, the sealing plate is installed to complete the installation.

4、 Installation of bracket

Firstly, weld the shaft onto the motor mounting plate, install the main and auxiliary wheels, and then weld and fix the square tube, trapezoidal plate, and steel plate according to the drawing dimensions. Weld the bracket onto the cantilever according to the dimensions on the drawing to complete the installation.

5、 On site installation of column cantilever crane

During on-site installation, remove the round nut from the column, fix the cantilever on the column through the rotating shaft and waist ring track, then install the round nut from the inside of the rotating device onto the rotating shaft, and then install the collector ring and locking polyurethane nut in sequence. The circular cable passes through the inside of the column, passes through the central hole of the rotating shaft, and is connected to the collector ring rotating device. The collector ring bracket and carbon brush are installed inside the collector ring rotating device. The end of the carbon brush is connected to the cable, which is led out from the middle of the rotating device and connected to the electrical control cabinet. The cable is connected to the operating motor and lifting electric hoist of the rotating device through the contactor switch inside the electrical control cabinet. Complete installation.
