Working principle: The methane analyzer consists of a casing, sensor, circuit board, intrinsic safety battery pack, etc. After the methane analyzer is turned on, it detects the concentrations of methane, oxygen, carbon monoxide, and hydrogen sulfide in the surrounding air in real time, and displays them in digital form through a 3-digit 2.3-inch large LED digital tube. The concentration values of methane, oxygen, carbon monoxide, and hydrogen sulfide are alternately displayed at 5-second intervals. When the concentration value of a gas exceeds the set alarm point, the methane detector alarm circuit emits sound and light alarm signals and displays the current alarm gas concentration value. When two or more other concentration values exceed the set alarm value, an audible and visual alarm will sound, and the alarm concentration value will be displayed in a loop at 5-second intervals. To protect the black and white catalytic elements, when the methane detector detects that the external methane concentration is greater than or equal to 4.00%, the detector cuts off the power supply to the black and white catalytic elements and alarms.
