JZh-3 type axle counter equipment is a safety signal device used to detect the occupation and idleness of non switch sections, switch sections, crossings, and section lines. The equipment can effectively and reliably perform idle/occupancy checks on sections, solve problems of poor branching and "abnormal red light bands", and can also achieve automatic inter station block counting through a combination circuit of semi-automatic block sections.
It consists of an axle counting host, an axle detector (composed of an electronic detection unit and wheel sensors), a power supply, and an alarm device.
The functional indicators meet the requirements of TB/T 2296-2011 General Technical Conditions for Railway Signal Axle Counting Equipment.
By utilizing relevant third-party conditions (close to track state and turnout free track state), the system can distinguish between normal train operation and external interference logic judgment, with a tolerance of ± 1 axis interference.
Equipped with self diagnosis and self-monitoring functions.
It has the function of direct reset or pre reset.
