The maintenance free respirator of the transformer is installed on the inlet of the transformer oil storage tank. When the oil volume of the transformer or transformer expands or contracts due to changes in oil temperature during operation, it forces the gas inside the oil storage tank to breathe through the dehumidifier. The air enters the transformer through the filter at the bottom of the dehumidifier and the glass tank filled with silicone, ensuring that the inhaled gas is dry (moisture is adsorbed by the desiccant) and clean (dust and impurities are blocked by the filter), in order to maintain the cleanliness and insulation strength of the transformer oil.

(1)Oil cup design: compatible with traditional respiratory habits, it can clearly indicate the current breathing status of the transformer.
(2) Auxiliary heating: When the ambient temperature is low, activate auxiliary heating to prevent condensation or freezing of the bottom filtering device; At the same time, it also prevents the oil in the oil cup from freezing at low temperatures.
(3)Condensed water discharge: During regeneration heating, ensure that the condensed water on the glass wall is quickly discharged.
(4)Desiccant powdering treatment: The equipment is in a long-term shaking state and the desiccant is regenerated and heated, which leads to the powdering of the desiccant. This equipment optimizes the structure to ensure that the powdered desiccant does not block the air inlet.
(5)Heating device fault diagnosis: By monitoring the heating power, the reliability of the heating device can be determined.
(6)Respiratory volume monitoring: detect the respiratory volume of one cycle and determine whether the connecting pipe is leaking; Establish a corresponding relationship between transformer oil temperature, breathing volume, and breathing rate.
