CNR4 is a net radiation sensor launched by Kipp&Zonen. As an upgraded product of CNR1 net radiation sensor, CNR4 has further improved in product performance and usability. CNR4 adopts a second level shortwave radiation meter that complies with the ISO9060:1990 standard as the shortwave radiation sensor, and is also equipped with two longwave radiation sensors. The instrument adopts a newly designed structural shape, with four radiation sensors integrated organically with the instrument itself, making it more compact and lightweight, bringing more convenience to users' use. CNR4 comes standard with Pt-100 platinum batteries
Product Details

CNR4 is a net radiation sensor launched by Kipp&Zonen. As an upgraded product of CNR1 net radiation sensor, CNR4 has further improved in product performance and usability.
CNR4 adopts a second level shortwave radiation meter that complies with the ISO 9060:1990 standard as the shortwave radiation sensor, and is also equipped with two longwave radiation sensors. The instrument adopts a newly designed structural shape, with four radiation sensors integrated organically with the instrument itself, making it more compact and lightweight, bringing more convenience to users' use.
CNR4 is equipped with Pt-100 platinum resistance and 10K thermistor as standard, which are used to measure the internal temperature of the instrument and compensate and correct the measured radiation data, making the measurement data more accurate and reliable. The waterproof cable it is equipped with enables it to avoid the adverse effects of precipitation or moisture on the equipment. Users can choose a CNF4 ventilation device with heating function for CNR4, which not only ensures air circulation around the net radiation sensor and further reduces the impact of temperature on measurement, but also its built-in heating device can effectively melt snow, frost, etc. covering the equipment, ensuring normal operation of the equipment. CNR4 is equipped with horizontal bubbles, making the installation, use, and maintenance of the instrument very convenient. At the same time, its detachable mounting bracket provides great convenience for transportation and use.
