Product Overview
The LC3015 series float level gauge has the characteristics of stable accuracy, good linearity, and simple installation. It can be read directly on site, and can also output 4-20mA remote transmission or HART communication. Its working principle is to embed a float in the measured medium. When the liquid level changes, the buoyancy received by the float also changes. In this way, the length of the spring connected to the float will change accordingly, and the spring will drive the magnetic steel to move, thereby changing the magnetic field near the Hall sensor. This change is proportional to the magnitude of the buoyancy (liquid level). The Hall sensor converts the magnetic signal into a DC signal m, which is processed by a circuit composed of a single-chip machine and other components to output a two-wire 4-20mA linear DC current signal and load a digital signal that complies with the HART protocol communication.
