Overview

The SVK-200 series vibrating rod level switch uses piezoelectric elements to vibrate the vibrating rod, and then transmits the vibration force to an external metal tube. When the material level contacts the metal tube, the vibrating rod will stop vibrating and send out a contact signal. This product relies on the damping effect generated when the tested object is wrapped around the probe to stop resonance and output a switch signal. Therefore, there is no signal amplification circuit inside, which can avoid the problem of constantly adjusting sensitivity due to changes in material properties.

Product Details

The vibrating rod level controller consists of a vibrating rod component and an electronic circuit component. The instrument uses the "resonance" principle of a tuning fork, and the vibration rod and built-in vibration rod form a "tuning fork" resonance probe with a frequency of 280Hz. Under the drive of piezoelectric elements, vibration occurs. When the probe touches the measured material, the vibration amplitude decreases sharply, which is converted into an electronic signal, causing the relay to switch on and off.
