Installation method of LED display screen in the room:

1. Wall mounted (adhesive wall mounted) is suitable for displays within 10 square meters. The wall requirement is to have concrete beams on the solid wall or suspension. This installation method is not suitable for porous bricks or simple partitions.

2. Rack mounted is suitable for display screens over 10 square meters and is beneficial for maintenance. Other detailed requirements are the same as those for wall mounted installations.

3. High altitude lifting: Suitable for display screens within 10 square meters, this installation method should have suitable installation locations as much as possible, such as load-bearing beams or structural columns on top. And LED transparent screens generally require a back cover plate.

4. Seat: Removable Seat: Refers to a base that is produced and processed separately. Placed on the road surface, it can also be moved Mobile mount: refers to a mobile base that is connected to the road or wall.

Installation method of outdoor LED display:

1. Vertical: Column mounted is suitable for installing LED displays on idle ground, with outdoor screens installed on columns. Columns are divided into single columns and double columns. In addition to the construction of LED transparent screen steel structures, concrete or steel columns also need to be made, taking into account the geological conditions of the foundation.

2. Embedded: The embedded structure is suitable for display building projects that have been included in building planning and design for a long time. During the construction of new civil engineering projects, the installation indoor space for the display is pre embedded. In actual installation, only the display steel frame structure needs to be made to embed the display into the building wall, leaving sufficient maintenance indoor space behind.

3. The general installation method for roof type is to fix the extruder screw on the wall, fix the frame shear wall, install the screen inside the frame shear wall, connect the power plug, wire harness, and light up the program debugging.

4. Seat installation: The seat installation structure is a wall made of reinforced concrete with sufficient support points for all LED displays on the road surface. Steel structure engineering displays are built on the wall, and an 800mm maintenance room space is pre embedded for steel structure engineering construction to place related mechanical equipment and maintenance machinery.
