1、 Product Overview

LX918 serieslimit switchUsed in circuits with AC frequency of 50-60HZ, voltage up to 500V, and DC voltage up to 440V, it is used to limit the travel of various machinery and can also be directly used as a limit switch for 5.5KW three-phase squirrel cage asynchronous motors (main source of two-phase ignition)

2、 Product working principle

The shell of the limit switch is made of cast iron, which has good mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. Under the environmental conditions of marine vessels, the material's performance will not deteriorate. The shell form is protective, with a protection level of up to IP67. Due to the spring action, it can automatically reset. The operating position: 5 degrees → 0 → 45 degrees. The contact opening and closing of the limit switch are determined by the cam position.
The agreed heating current of the limit switch is 16A, the rated insulation voltage is 500V, and the rated working voltage (UC) and rated working current (LE) correspond to the figure on the right:
The rated working voltage of the 5.5KW squirrel cage asynchronous motor controlled by DC is below 440V, and the rated working current is 12A.
