This machine adopts PLC and touch screen human-machine control system, photoelectric tracking system (optional positioning accuracy of ± 0.1mm visual positioning system), mechanical arm holding box, four-wheel drive forming system, to achieve automatic completion of paper feeding, gluing, embryo box corner pasting, positioning, box holding, edge wrapping, ear folding, and folding forming. Solved the common problems of bubbling, scratches, empty edges, shallow folding, uneven glue application, inaccurate positioning, and long mold changing time in ordinary Tiandi box machines on the market. Optional visual positioning, glue viscosity tester, splicing machine, slotting spray glue machine, fully automatic foam press machine, etc.
Product Features:
1. Intelligent machine adjustment, fast mold change, suitable for producing multiple types of heaven and earth boxes in a day.
2. Adopting servo fiber positioning, the positioning accuracy is ± 0.2mm.
3. Equipped with memory function, the machine head automatically moves into place after retrieving product parameters, reducing machine adjustment time.
4. The folding depth is deep, and it can be folded into 100mm. It can be folded to the bottom and can be folded back.
