The LY-600CCD visual positioning module uses independent servo drives for Feida paper feeding, gluing, and conveyor belts. By using YAMAHA robotic arm and camera imaging positioning, precise positioning can be achieved for different box types (top and bottom covers, cylindrical boxes, octagonal boxes, drawer boxes, etc.), suitable for the production of high-quality boxes with high product requirements.

1. Using two imported 5-megapixel industrial cameras and YAMAHA robotic arm positioning, with an accuracy of ± 0.05mm;

2. Fast production speed, 35-45pcs/min for Tiandi boxes;
