The LY-485C-PK fully automatic leather shell machine adopts a visual positioning host and a four sided edge wrapping module combination, suitable for various types of book box leather shells (such as phone boxes, mooncake boxes, tea boxes, cosmetics boxes), hardcover book shells, laptop covers, calendars, folders, etc.
Product Features:
1. Using two 5-megapixel industrial cameras and YAMAHA robotic arm positioning, with a positioning accuracy of ± 0.1mm;
2. Fast production speed, shell and mounting 20-30 pcs/min;
3. Adopting an independent human-machine control system, the adjustment time is short and the version conversion is fast.
4. The host module can adjust the positioning of the heaven and earth box, with an accuracy of ± 0.1mm and a speed of 25-35pcs/min. It can be optionally equipped with corner pasting machines, splicing machines, and pneumatic forming machines, and has strong extensibility for future products.
