The LY-485 series products use independent servo drives for Feida paper feeding, gluing, and conveyor belts. By using YAMAHA robotic arm and camera imaging positioning, precise positioning of products such as heaven and earth boxes, leather cases, drawer boxes, and shaped boxes can be achieved. It is suitable for the production of various high-end boutique boxes that require adhesive positioning, such as mobile phone boxes, cosmetics boxes, jewelry boxes, watch boxes, wine boxes, cigarette boxes, etc.

Product Features:

1. Using two imported 5-megapixel industrial cameras and YAMAHA robotic arm positioning, with an accuracy of ± 0.05mm;

2. Fast production speed, 25-40pcs/min for Tiandi boxes; Leather shell and mounting 20-30 pcs/min.

3. Adopting an independent human-machine control system, the adjustment time is short and the version conversion is fast.

4. Stable paper feeding, not easy to absorb double sheets, reducing product waste rate.
