Product Features

The HXH-S15/S20A large capacity carbonization and ashing integrated machine is an upgraded version of HXH-L10. In addition to taking into account all the technical characteristics of the latter, it also has the following advantages in terms of user process use and technological innovation:
1. Larger processing capacity: Using a 15L/20L crucible instead of a 10L crucible system, the processing capacity has been increased by 50%, greatly improving the sample processing capability.
2. Convenient retrieval and placement: Adopting a lifting tray structure, feeding and retrieving materials at low positions, carbonization and ashing at high positions, optimizing the manual end feeding method of HXH-L10 and improving operating conditions.
3. Thermogravimetric testing system: For the tested material, carbonization and ashing is a significant process of reducing volume and quantity. Real time monitoring of residual material greatly improves the accuracy of the process and the control of processing time cycles.
4. High temperature electric heating system: From a technical perspective, microwave carbonization and ashing belong to the "fast ash" mode, while traditional electric heating belongs to the "slow ash" mode. HXH-S15 adds a high-temperature electric heating system, which can work independently and fully assist microwave processes, enhancing efficiency and sample processing accuracy.
5. Comprehensive cooling system: The system is equipped with a three-dimensional cooling system and an automatic lifting and discharging system, which reduces the time from sample processing to safe temperature discharge by 80%, greatly improving operational efficiency and protecting operators.
