1、 Product Overview
YG1 typeLaser CeilometerIt is a backscattered lidar that uses the principle of rice scattering. The observation range can reach up to 12 kilometers, which can effectively measure aerosols, cloud height, cloud thickness, cloud cover, and vertical visibility. It can be applied to complex aerosol research or integrated into large observation networks, and is a representative solution of the highest technological level for the diverse needs in atmospheric research.

3、 Working principle
According to the principle of Mie scattering, the presence of clouds in the direction of the optical path is determined by measuring the backscatter signal profile of the emitted infrared beam from the atmosphere. The cloud base height, cloud penetration thickness, aerosol extinction coefficient, atmospheric boundary layer height, and vertical visibility output are calculated. By establishing a time series of cloud base height, the cloud cover can be estimated statistically.
This device adopts advanced infrared laser remote sensing technology, with accurate measurement of cloud base height, rich data products, stable and reliable operation, and simple use and maintenance.
4、 Product Features
1. Adopting rice scattering laser technology, the signal transmission power is strong and stable, and the measurement distance is long.
2. The device has penetrative measurement capability and can simultaneously measure multi-layer cloud and aerosol data.
3. Use highly sensitive optical components to obtain high-precision measurement results: Optical design can meet the application of narrowband filters, effectively suppress optical effects, and accurately measure clouds and aerosols during both day and night.
4. Dual lens design allows for self inspection between lenses, minimizing the impact of lens fouling. Not easily affected by diffuse reflection of particulate matter in the atmosphere, with high sampling accuracy of up to 5m.
5. Reliable operation around the clock, equipped with a sealed metal casing and an automatic heating system for windows, unaffected by fog, rain, and freezing.
6. Friendly operating interface and ease of use, simple maintenance, and no consumables.
