① All data in the table were measured at standard atmospheric pressure.

② The measurement standard gas is provided by units certified by the National Metrology Department. All gases diluted in dry nitrogen gas; Nitrogen gas requires an accuracy greater than 99.999%.

③ The response time is related to the inlet air flow rate and was tested at a flow rate of 2L/min.

④ The optimal flow rate is 0.7~1.2L/min, and it can reach 2L/min in practical applications
