Overview
The online three gas analysis system (CO/CO2/CH4) is based on non dispersive infrared (NDIR) technology, which diagnoses furnace conditions by synchronously analyzing CO, CO2, and CH4, and calculates carbon potential using measured data. It can compare and verify with oxygen probes, objectively evaluate the furnace conditions, and meet the requirements of CQI-9 standard for gas atmosphere verification.
