The card is inserted using a suction cup pull down method, completely eliminating scratches between the cards during insertion. The card conveying adopts a side lining method, which ensures accurate positioning and eliminates scratches. The hot stamping head can be adjusted at the center position of the spindle, and the card hot stamping position can be adjusted by the X and Y axis worktables of the card table. The adjustment is simple and the accuracy can reach ± 0.1mm. The film belt conveyor is powered by a stepper motor, and the hot stamping spacing is stable and accurate, saving material consumption.
