Lime dosing system

The SCYTC series lime dosing system is independently developed and produced by Nanjing Suchangyuan. The design is based on technology and concepts from European countries, and the core components use well-known European brand products. Some pipe and valve components use American+GF+brand products. Over the years, continuous innovation and improvement have made the product stable, reliable, highly automated, and can be remotely operated through an upper computer.

• The lime addition system is a device that prepares lime powder into a solution of a certain concentration and adds it.

• Through storage in the silo, precise measurement by the weighing feeder, and transportation by the screw conveyor to the lime dissolution system for dissolution, it is then transported by the screw pump or slurry pump to the feeding point.

• Remove temporary hardness, remove magnesium salts, soften water quality

• Remove CO2 from water, reduce corrosion, and adjust the pH value of water

• Neutralize excessive coagulants and increase their coagulation effect by raising the pH value, playing a role as a coagulant aid
