This test case is designed for UL, EN, IEC and other standard testing requirements. Simulated batteries and battery packs are stored for 6 hours under conditions of pressure equal to or lower than 11.6kPa and ambient temperature of (20 ± 5) ℃. If the batteries have no leakage, no exhaust, no disassembly, no rupture, and no fire, and the open circuit voltage of each experimental battery or battery pack after the test is not less than 90% of its voltage before the simulation experiment, it is considered qualified.

Characteristics of Lithium Battery Simulation High Altitude Low Voltage Test Chamber

The entire device consists of three parts: the box, the inner container, and the vacuum system. The box is made of high-quality thin steel plate and the surface is treated with spray coating. The inner liner is made of stainless steel plate, and the shape of the inner cavity is rectangular; The box door adopts a double-layer laminated glass inspection window for easy observation of the items inside the box. At the same time, a long cylindrical door buckle is used to adjust the distance between the door and the glass, so that the box door can be tightly pressed against the rubber seal ring after closing, ensuring no air leakage during air extraction. The vacuum pumping system consists of a vacuum pump, a vacuum gauge, an electromagnetic vacuum valve, and a balancing port. The vacuum gauge design used in this product automatically and accurately controls the vacuum degree. The control of vacuum degree can be adjusted by setting the functions of the vacuum gauge.
