Application and working principle of battery vacuum oven

The battery vacuum oven consists of a high vacuum degree vacuum pump, a box, a working chamber, an electric heater, and a digital thermometer. Capable of stable operation under pre-set vacuum conditions, suitable for vacuum drying treatment of pharmaceuticals, chemicals, electronics, electrical appliances, materials, and parts. Equipped with silicone sealing pads on the door to ensure airtightness inside the box, and using fiberglass insulation to provide efficient insulation and save energy consumption. The heating plate is installed on all four sides of the inner box to ensure temperature uniformity.

0.4~0.6MPA。
2. Environmental requirements: temperature -5~50 ℃, humidity ≤ 80%, no flammable or explosive gases, liquids or solids around.
