DRK-D82Loose density testerIt is an instrument used for testing the bulk density of various powders. It complies with the determination of bulk density in GB/T16913 and the measurement of bulk density in GB/T 31057.1 of the national standard of the People's Republic of China - Dust Physical Property Test Method. It is a universal standard bulk (bulk) density meter.

Place the measuring cylinder on the platform, adjust the platform to horizontal, insert the blocking rod into the funnel to block the outlet, and ensure that the blocking rod is in an upright position. Fill the measuring cylinder with the powder to be tested and pour it into the funnel. Then remove the blocking rod to allow the powder to flow into the measuring cylinder through the funnel outlet. After all the powder has flowed out, take out the measuring cylinder, scrape it flat with a scraper, and weigh it on a balance.
If the powder is damp, it needs to be dried beforehand. The drying method is to place the powder in an oven at 105 ℃ for drying. If there are impurities in the powder, they need to be removed using an 80 mesh sieve.
The same sample needs to be tested three times, and the average value is taken as the loose density result of the sample. The difference between the maximum and minimum values of the powder mass obtained from these three tests should be less than 1g. Otherwise, testing should continue until the difference between the maximum and minimum values of the mass is less than 1g. Then, use these three data points to calculate the loose density value.
