With the improvement of people's living standards and the increasing demand for high-end food, coupled with the whole society's emphasis on food safety, China's food cold chain logistics has experienced rapid development. At the same time, the fierce competition in traditional room temperature logistics has led to a sharp decline in profit margins, making the cold chain logistics field increasingly a hot topic of concern for enterprises. As an important infrastructure for cold chain logistics, cold storage projects are constantly emerging in various parts of China under market stimulation and policy support. However, high standard cold storage resources are still scarce.
Automated three-dimensional cold storageTaking "high efficiency, energy saving, intelligence, environmental protection, fully meeting the personalized needs of logistics enterprises" as the project design concept, fully automated logistics equipment such as stacker cranes, WMS systems, warehousing systems, monitoring systems, etc. are used, and RFID and barcode technology are utilized to greatly improve operational efficiency. It can also achieve "first in, first out" and selective shipment of goods, ensuring the quality of stored goods.
The automated three-dimensional cold storage adopts information management systems such as WCS, WMS, TMS, OMS, etc., which can greatly improve the operational efficiency of the cold storage, and the operational efficiency is 2-3 times that of traditional cold storage.
In terms of intelligent identification of goods, handheld laser scanners (PDAs), infrared sensors, GPS and other system equipment are used to achieve real-time positioning, tracking, monitoring and management of goods in cold storage. And, utilizing IoT technology to achieve real-time sharing and docking of information between upstream and downstream enterprises.
The automated three-dimensional cold storage adopts professional cold chain logistics management technology, which can ensure the accuracy and operability of product information, realize the comprehensive information of cold chain items that can be queried online, and provide customers with full traceability services for the supply chain of entrusted items.
The superiority of automated three-dimensional cold storage in refrigeration system is reflected in:
1) High degree of automation. This system operates fully automatically with a high degree of automation, and does not require manual operation during normal operation. When there is a need for manual operation, simply issue instructions to the system, and the system will automatically execute the instructions, eliminating safety hazards caused by human operation errors.
2) Establish customer and product information based on different customers, and each customer has an independent file in the WMS system. The system administrator creates a goods storage order in the WMS system based on the customer's delivery note, including product name, batch number, quantity, specifications, and other information. At this time, the relevant information of this order is automatically transmitted to the PDA handheld computer. The tally clerk checks the newly created document information in the PDA according to the customer's delivery note, and scans the pallet number based on the actual goods. The forklift places the scanned pallet on the conveyor for automatic storage. After storage, the stacker crane sends the pallet to the storage location according to the system instructions. After the inventory is completed, the location information, pallet number information, and product information of the goods are correspondingly bound as inventory information, and the system issues this operation document.
3) Select inventory based on product characteristics and store different products in different zones. All incoming products can be stored in isolation. According to the characteristics of different products and customer needs, the WMS system divides the storage status of products into qualified products, waiting for inspection, unqualified products, etc. Inventory products can be queried online through relevant information such as product specifications, batches, and suppliers, achieving full monitoring of stored goods.
4) The system administrator creates a product delivery order based on customer orders and sets it in the system according to the customer's personalized needs. The system can perform "first in, first out" or selective outbound of product batches.
5) After the document selection is completed, the system administrator clicks on the outbound button. At this time, the stacker crane automatically searches for the outbound product storage location based on the document information and issues the goods. The tally clerk arranges the shipment operation according to the display screen of the shipment port. After the operation is completed, the system issues the corresponding operation document.
