The instrument insulation protection box is a self-supporting structure installed vertically on the ground, with sufficient strength to withstand certain mechanical, electrical, and thermal stresses. The instrument insulation protection box adopts a tilted rainproof top cover structure, and a low-temperature resistant sealing strip is installed between the door and the box body, suitable for outdoor installation and use. The cables entering and leaving the instrument insulation box are sealed with low-temperature resistant cable glands. The electrical components inside the instrument insulation box exported to the Russian region are all certified by Russia (such as junction boxes, lighting fixtures, heat tracing belts, temperature controllers, etc.). The instrument insulation protection box is equipped with a seamless steel pipe with a diameter of 50~60 as the installation bracket for the transmitter. The bottom is equipped with a movable device, which allows the transmitter to move up and down, left and right freely on the bracket. To meet the needs of on-site transmitter and pressure pipe construction installation and adjustment, the transmitter installation pipe is horizontally set.

The instrument insulation box adopts electric heating method and is equipped with heating, insulation and temperature control system to control and maintain the temperature inside the box within the set (adjustable) range of 10 ℃± 2 ℃. The heating element is equipped with a protective cover.

The instrument insulation protection box can be equipped with internal lighting, maintenance sockets, and grounding devices as required.

The inside and outside of the instrument insulation protection box are treated with acid washing, thermal phosphating, electrostatic spraying, and high-temperature curing, and outdoor powder is used. The coating has good adhesion.
