1. Introduction

1、 Purpose:

This machine is used for comprehensive testing of luggage and bags as a basis for quality improvement.

2、 Principle:

The testing method of this machine is to load a specified load on the object, and conduct 2500 tests on the specimen at a speed of 30 impacts per minute and a stroke of 4 inches. The test results can be used as a reference for quality improvement.

IV. Instrument Installation

1、 Power supply conditions: Please configure the correct power supply according to the label on the machine.

2、 Operating environment requirements: Room temperature conditions, relative humidity<85% RH;

3、 This instrument needs to be placed on a solid and stable horizontal platform, with sufficient space around to ensure unobstructed operation.

V. Operating Standards

1、 Experimental steps

1. Hang the test specimen bag on the hook of the testing machine, and fix the hook position with a rope or strap to prevent the specimen box from rotating due to oscillation. For the soft package, place a leather cover and fix it again to avoid damaging the soft package strap;

2. Confirm that there is no object obstructing the front of the photoelectric switch on the base;

3. Connect the power supply, turn on the power switch, and the power light will turn on;

4. Set the number of tests required by the customer in the settings on the control panel and reset the counter to zero;

5. Adjust the potentiometer inside the control box and adjust the required speed for the test. The factory set speed is 20 times per minute;

6. Press the start button, the start indicator light on the panel will turn on, and the test will begin;

a、 When it is necessary to stop the machine halfway, you can press the stop button to stop it, and the number of tests will be retained after shutdown;

b、 During the testing process, if the sample falls off, the machine will automatically shut down;

7. When the number of tests reaches the set limit, the machine will automatically stop;

8. Remove the test specimen bag and inspect the condition of the bag after testing, such as the impact condition of the bag handle; Then turn off the power switch, and this test is complete.

9. Test other test specimens according to items 1-7 above and record the condition of the tested samples.
