The M550 impedance calibrator is specifically designed for calibrating LCR meters. The instrument is based on multiple sets of decimal standard physical resistors, capacitors, and inductors, with ranges of 100m~100M, 10pF~100 μ F, and 10 μ H~10H, respectively

The M550 impedance calibrator is specifically designed for calibrating LCR meters. The instrument is based on multiple sets of decimal standard physical resistors, capacitors, and inductors, with ranges of 100m~100M, 10pF~100 μ F, and 10 μ H~10H, respectively.
The four end coaxial output connector provided by the calibrator is dedicated to calibrating precision wideband LCR meters, while the four end and two end non coaxial output connectors can be used to calibrate simple or old-fashioned LCR instruments.
In coaxial mode, the basic applicable frequency range is 20Hz~1MHz; In non coaxial mode, the range can reach 100kHz. The host stores complex parameters of various detection standards, and the standard values are displayed in the form of frequently used paired complex impedances and admittance. Parallel and series equivalent modes can be selected, and OPEN and SHORT terminals with standard reference positions can be equipped to easily eliminate the impact of test cables.
The M550 impedance calibrator is equipped with a large-sized color LCD screen, which can be controlled through the keyboard buttons on the front panel or remotely operated through RS232 or GPIB interfaces. If used in conjunction with the MEATEST automated calibration software CALIBER, it can achieve the ideal automated calibration mode.
