Product Details
M641 is a decimal resistor box. The range is from 10.0000 Ω to 300K Ω. Its highest measurement accuracy is 0.02%; The highest resolution within the lowest range is 100 μ Ω. The entire resistance box is composed of stable foil resistors with low temperature coefficients converted by low thermal voltage relays.
Its built-in software contains multiple functions, such as simulating RTD temperature sensors that comply with IEC (DIN) or US American standards, with temperature settings available in Fahrenheit ℉ or Celsius ℃. The instrument itself can be remotely controlled through RS232, USB, LAN, or GPIB interfaces.
M641 is equipped with a recalibration program. This program can calibrate any form of resistance deviation without any mechanical adjustment. M641 is specifically designed to detect the parameters of resistance meters, voltage regulators, and process instruments that use external resistance sensors for non electrical measurements.
