Detailed introduction of MDS-COD microwave COD rapid digestion instrument
In order to meet the requirements of rapid and efficient detection of water quality samples in environmental monitoring, and to be compatible with subsequent detection instruments, New Instrument Company has developed this microwave COD rapid digestion instrument. The feature of this product is to simultaneously dissolve up to 8 water samples containing potassium dichromate and other reagents under set temperature and time conditions by sealed microwave heating. After digestion, the samples can be used in conjunction with an imported automatic potentiometric titrator without transfer, and the detection results can be quickly obtained. The microwave COD rapid digestion instrument greatly improves the digestion speed compared to traditional electric heating methods (with a digestion time of about 20 minutes for 8 samples), and the sample digestion is thorough, resulting in accurate and reproducible measurement results.
1) 8 samples are digested simultaneously, and the high-precision platinum resistance temperature sensor measures and controls the digestion temperature in the reaction tank in real time. The temperature control accuracy is 165 ℃± 1 ℃;
2) The digestion reaction tank has a capacity of 100 ml and is made of excellent PTFE material and self sealing structure. During the digestion process, there is no leakage or loss of the sample, while ensuring safe use;
3) Microwave * high output power: 1000W, the power heating can be automatically adjusted between 0-1000W during operation, using automatic frequency conversion feedback control technology with power following digestion temperature;
4) The digestion program can be set to 1-6 steps, each step can be set with digestion temperature, time, and high power;
5) The high brightness fluorescent display screen can simultaneously display the temperature rise curve and various digestion parameters, making it easy for operators to observe and control.
