Diaphragm valve is a special form of valve with shut-off function. Its opening and closing parts are composed of steel valve discs and diaphragms made of soft materials (rubber and fluoroplastic composite), which separate the inner cavity of the valve body and the inner cavity of the valve cover to achieve the purpose of cutting off the medium inside the pipe.

Lining diaphragm valve series
1. The composite diaphragm separates the lower inner cavity of the valve body from the inner cavity of the valve cover, and forms a direct flow channel with it, completely isolating the valve stem, valve disc and other internal components on the upper part of the diaphragm from the medium, eliminating the need for packing sealing structure, and avoiding both internal and external leakage of the medium.
2. As an actuator, the diaphragm is prone to fatigue fracture due to frequent opening and closing, and should be replaced regularly according to the working conditions and medium characteristics.
3. The anti-corrosion performance and recommended usage temperature of plastics can be found in the "Performance Table of Plastic Lining for Valves and Pipeline Accessories".
