Digital displayliquid-plastic combine testerusage method:

★Place the instrument on a horizontal workbench, adjust the horizontal spiral foot to gather the water bubbles.

★Plug in the power plug of the instrument, turn on the power, and preheat for 3 minutes. Before measurement, gently lift the cone with your hand to the limit position, press the reset button lightly to make the number on the display screen show zero.

★Put the prepared soil sample into the test cup. Scrape the surface flat and place it on the lifting seat of the instrument. At this point, slowly adjust the lifting knob clockwise. When the soil sample in the test chamber contacts the tip of the cone, the contact indicator light will immediately light up. At this point, stop rotating and press the "Measure" button.

★Measurement: Press the "Measurement" button, and the cone will fall. At this point, the time sound will beep! The sound of beeping. When the measurement time is up and the call stops, the display screen shows the depth of penetration value for 5 seconds,twoDuring the second measurement, the cone needs to be lifted up again to the limit position, and the lifting knob should be adjusted counterclockwise to change the contact position between the cone tip and the soil (the distance between the two cone entry positions of the cone tip should not be less than 1cm). Clean the cone tip, measure again, and repeat the above steps.

★When the instrument leaves the factory, 100g and 76g cones are already prepared. (One cone, two cone tips, and one weight block) The weight block, cone tip, and rod are twisted together to make a cone weight of 100 grams. If the user needs to use a 76 gram cone, they only need to unscrew the original cone, remove the weight block on the cone, which is the 76 gram cone (the disk at the top of the cone tip is the weight block), and screw on the cone tip to use it. The accessories such as test cups and cone tip counterweights that are compatible with the instrument are placed in other small boxes of the instrument. When taking out the test cup or cone tip, please be careful to protect the cone tip to avoid damage.

(1) The maintenance equipment cannot be welded with electricity, and the maintenance personnel must have certain electronic skills.

(2) Adjustable components on the circuit cannot be easily adjusted, otherwise accuracy and linearity cannot be guaranteed.

(3) Be particularly careful when using (screwing on and off) the cone tip, gently rotate it by hand, and do not damage the cone tip. After use, dry the soil and apply a little Vaseline. Please keep spare cone tips properly.
