1、 Product Introduction: The mortar air content tester is designed by our company to measure the air content in mortar in accordance with JGJ/T70-2009 (Basic Performance Test Method for Building Mortar) and JISA1228 specifications

1Product Introduction:
The mortar air content tester is used by our company to measure the air content in mortar in accordance with JGJ/T70-2009 (Basic Performance Test Method for Building Mortar) and JISA1228 specifications. The principle of measurement is based on the gas equation, where the opening and closing pressures are balanced between an air chamber that maintains a certain pressure and a container filled with the sample. When the pressure inside the two containers reaches equilibrium, the amount of pressure reduction in the air chamber is the percentage of air in the mortar, and the air content in the sample is displayed on the pressure gauge.
two、working principle:
According to the gas equation, when the opening and closing pressures are balanced between a gas chamber that maintains a certain pressure and a container filled with the test material, the amount of pressure reduction in the gas chamber when the pressures of the two containers reach equilibrium is the percentage of air content in the mortar, which is expressed on the pressure gauge as the air content in the test material.
three、Instrument features:
★Directly read the gas content measurement value without drawing a curve, easy to operate, and read the value .
★Acid and alkali resistant metal material, special sealing ring gasket, waterproof, dustproof, explosion-proof pressure gauge.
★Small size and light weight. Built in hand pump for easy portability.
★Durable and compact in structure,ASuitable for high-frequency use on construction sites.
★Lightweight, convenient, versatile, and highly accurate. All silicone sealing technology enables the instrument to be individually sealed locally.
4、 Technical parameters:
★Pressure gauge: 0-0.1MPa
★Gas content value: 1% -20% direct reading
★Measuring bowl capacity: 1L
★Dimensions: 200X320mm
★Weight: 4kg
five、usage method:
★Pour the mixed concrete into the bowl in two batches,
★Shake separately, eliminate bubbles, and scrape off excess surface parts,
★Cover the lid, tighten the pressure valve lining evenly, and close all valves.
★Inflate with the inflation valve until. Stop at the designated location for 3-5 seconds,
★Press the intake valve and the position indicated by the gauge needle The measured value of the air content in concrete (red)
★After the measurement is completed, slowly loosen the pressure regulating valve,
★Slowly return the pointer to zero,ALoosen vigorously to prevent the pointer from hitting the zero positioning column and affecting accuracy.
six、Operating procedures:
1) Weigh the empty bowl and record it.
2) Place the sealing ring onto the bowl, and then hang the clamping ring onto the rim of the bowl.
3) Fill the bowl with mortar and then shake/compact it.
4) Uncover the sealing ring and use a large iron hammer to push the mortar beyond the edge of the bowl.
5) Weigh the weight when the bowl is full, then subtract the recorded weight of the empty bowl to calculate the density of the bulk cargo.
6) Now clean the edge of the bowl with a clean cloth.
7) Place the upper part onto a clean bowl and tighten the clamps around it.
8) Open the stop valve and raise the control rod. Then use a washing bottle to inject water into the stop valve until the water overflows from the stop valve without any bubbles.
9) Turn on the left semi-circular handle to turn on the air pump until the pointer of the pressure gauge points to the position 3 below% AIR. Now slowly turn the screw of the exhaust valve to the left until the pointer of the pressure gauge accurately points to the "position 3 below% AIR". If you point to this position, please turn the screw clockwise to close the exhaust valve. ("Position 3 below% AIR", also It is the initial pressure point, which has the same effect as the air content in concrete. )
10) Close the stop valve.
11) Start detecting when the pointer returns to zero. Press the joystick for about 20 seconds until the pointer of the pressure gauge stops moving.
12) Read the percentage of gas content directly on the pressure gauge.
13) Slowly open the stop valve. Then turn the screw to the left and release the excess pressure.
14) Open the upper part, empty the bowl, clean it thoroughly, and wipe all the components dry
