Installation location
Installation suggestion:
1: In dust concentration measuring instruments, fixed ones are generally required to be installed separately by design institutes;
2: The location for belt transportation should be installed between 0.5-2 meters above the transfer point;
3: Production workshop, install columns or walls about 2.5 meters in the workshop;
4: Install the polishing machine between 0.5-2 meters above the polishing machine in places with it;
5: The place where coal powder, flour, and other materials are stacked is called the production point, which is installed above the production point. For example, if the coal powder is 15 meters high, it should be installed 0.5-2 meters above this point, which is about 18 meters.

Attention: The detection range of each probe in the open area is 56 square meters, and factors such as gas diffusion, wind direction, temperature, humidity, and area enclosure should also be considered. During installation, protective measures such as dust, water, and high temperature prevention should also be considered.
Installation method
Users can design their own fixed methods. However, it is important to ensure that the sensor surface of the probe is perpendicular to the ground. After fixing the probe, remove the screws on the housing cover and insert the shielded transmission cable from the electrical interface. It is recommended to use shielded soft core (three core 3 × 1.5mm) cable and connect the cable to the terminal position. After checking that the wiring is secure, fix the cable and the upper cover of the housing.
