When users use water treatment and bathing equipment, there are always some small problems that may seem insignificant but can easily cause the equipment to malfunction. Below are some precautions about water treatment and bathing equipment, which can help you reduce equipment failures and ensure water quality.
1. The total inlet water volume of the reverse osmosis equipment (i.e. the sum of produced water and concentrated water) is controlled by the RO inlet regulating valve. If the inlet water volume of the water treatment and bathing equipment does not change, do not move the RO inlet regulating valve, and it is strictly prohibited to fully open or close it; The RO concentration control valve is used to adjust the system recovery rate. If the recovery rate does not change, do not tamper with the concentration control valve and do not fully open or close it.
2. When high and low pressure alarms occur in water treatment and bathing equipment, first check if the manual valve opening from the security filter to the high pressure pump is too small, then check if the RO inlet control valve and concentration discharge valve are normal, and then press the high and low pressure alarm reset button to restart the equipment.
3. When installing pressure control for water treatment and bathing equipment, the lowest possible pressure value should be taken while meeting the requirements of water production and quality. This is beneficial for reducing the water flux attenuation of the membrane and decreasing the membrane replacement rate.
4. The control of inlet water temperature should be based on the actual water consumption. The critical pressure (the pressure value at which the desalination rate decreases significantly when the inlet water pressure is lower than this value) should be taken as the inlet water temperature during this time period, which cannot meet the requirements of water production and quality. This can reduce the decline of membrane water volume.
5. Emission control: Due to changes in water temperature, operating pressure, and other factors, the water production of the device also changes accordingly. At this time, the emission should be adjusted, otherwise it will affect the desalination rate of the device.
