Product Introduction of SW-ASRS Robotic Hand Stacker
The SW-ASRS palletizing robot can perform fully automatic palletizing operations on various packaging bags, with the characteristics of fast stacking speed, neat stacking shape, and high automation level. It mainly consists of flattening and sorting, buffering conveyor, grabbing roller conveyor, pallet machine, and robotic arm.

Working principle of SW-ASRS robotic palletizer
Qualified packaging bags (packaging boxes) are transported by a conveyor to a leveling machine to make the bag shape flat. The packaging bags (packaging boxes) reach the grabbing roller conveyor, and the mechanical arm detects the presence of packaging bags (packaging boxes) on the grabbing roller conveyor. After that, the packaging bags (packaging boxes) are grabbed and turned, stacked, and stacked according to the set stacking type to complete the stacking process.
