1. The precision mid plate two in one leveling machine combines the material rack with the mid plate leveling machine into one. Some cylinder type pressing and worm gear leveling adjustment methods are suitable for unwinding and precision leveling of 0.3-3.2mm mid plate materials.
2. Material rack section: The supporting tile plate adopts a three leaf design, and the curvature of the tile plate matches the inner diameter of the material roll. The surface of the tile plate is finely processed and tempered, smooth and wear-resistant, and will not damage the material during use. The A-type iron block adopts a quick change structure, which is quick and firm to replace without damaging the tile board.
3. Leveling rollers: 7 (arranged in 3 upper/4 lower rows), with 4 lower rollers having driving function. Made by quenching and tempering high-strength rolling bearing steel bars, high-frequency quenching, and surface chrome plating grinding. The surface hardness can reach HRC60-62 °. It has high rigidity, strength, and wear resistance, high leveling accuracy, and does not rub or scratch the material surface.
4. Feeding roller section: The feeding roller adopts a pneumatic compression device to generate sufficient tension to feed the material to the leveling roller and rotates synchronously. It is also made of high-strength rolling bearing steel that has been quenched, plated, and finely ground to have the same strength and wear resistance as the leveling roller.
5. Leveling adjustment part: The fine-tuning part adopts a worm gear rod fine-tuning device. High adjustment accuracy, high pressure, and easy operation.
6. Electric control part: adopting a simple handle control method, easy to operate the machine.
7. Speed control: Variable frequency speed control ensures that the material is not easily shaken or deformed during operation, meeting the requirements of high-precision leveling.
