Metallographic Sample Cutting Machine SQ-100B

The SQ-100B metallographic specimen cutting machine has a large cutting chamber and a movable "T" - shaped worktable, which enables the machine to cut rectangular and large specimens. The split type quick key vise is beneficial for users to clamp various shaped workpieces.
The SQ-100B is composed of components such as the body, electrical control box, cutting chamber, motor, cooling system, and cutting wheel. This cutting machine can not only cut circular workpieces with a diameter of less than 100mm, but also cut rectangular specimens with a height of 100mm and a depth of less than 200mm. The machine cools the sample through a cooling system to prevent overheating and tissue burning during the cutting process. This machine can also set the cutting speed for cutting different samples, thereby improving the quality of the cut samples. The machine has manual cutting and automatic cutting.
