General functions:
1. The furnace chamber is made of US patented material perfluoroalkoxy ethylene (PFA), which is resistant to strong acids and high temperatures.
2. There is a sample tank rack in the furnace cavity, and the turntable can rotate 360 ° in reverse to ensure that all samples can receive uniform microwave radiation during the experiment and ensure consistent temperature in each sample tank.
3. High pressure sealed water pipe detection system pressure, feedback control, overpressure alarm.
4. Using a built-in Pt100 platinum resistor for accurate temperature control, real-time monitoring of temperatures up to 300 ℃, with a temperature control accuracy of ± 0.5 ℃.
5. Adopting direct contact pressure measurement method, the pressure reflects truthfully and accurately, with real-time monitoring up to 900psi and control accuracy of 0.01MPa.
