Rubber wet mixed rubber is a rubber wet master batch obtained from at least carbon black, dispersing solvent, and rubber latex solution as raw materials. Its characteristic is that the carbon black is carbon black with an iodine adsorption capacity of 41 mg/g or less. The rubber wet master batch is obtained by adding at least a part of the rubber latex solution when dispersing the carbon black in the dispersing solvent, thereby producing a slurry solution containing carbon black adhered to rubber latex particles. Afterwards, the slurry solution is mixed with the remaining rubber latex solution, and then subjected to microwave curing and drying.
