Usage instructions:
1. When using this instrument, first check if the accessories accompanying the machine are complete, place the mixer steadily, then install the fixtures in order, turn off the power switch, turn all speed control knobs counterclockwise to small, turn all heating switches up (off), then plug in the power, turn on the power switch, and the indicator light inside the switch will light up;
2. Place the beaker containing the reagents in the center of a stainless steel plate, and place a stirrer inside the beaker. Then turn on the power speed control switch, and the indicator light will turn on to start working. The speed control is gradually adjusted from low speed to high speed, and it is not allowed to start the speed gear directly to avoid the stirrer not being synchronized and causing jumping.
3. Temperature control: Insert the probe into the socket and adjust the temperature control to the desired level.
4. If you notice that the stirrer is jumping or not stirring during mixing, please cut off the power and check if the bottom of the beaker is flat and the position is correct. Please also test if the current voltage is between 220V plus or minus 10V, otherwise the above situation will occur.
5. After each workstation is used, the speed control knob should be turned counterclockwise to a smaller position, and then the two switches should be turned off to avoid turning on the mixing switch at high speed as much as possible, so as not to cause the mixer to lose rotation and shorten the life of electronic components in the speed control circuit.
6. The heating time should generally not be too long, intermittent use can prolong the service life.
