NOMI LOCKTM2 adjustable mirror frame

The NOMI LOCKTM2 adjustable mirror frame is suitable for components with an outer diameter of 12.7mm, a thickness of 3-5mm, and 3 adjustment axes. It is a new structure that can adjust the torque of the locking screw and is suitable for interferometers or laser processing devices. It is not desirable to use it when the beam changes after adjustment.


Product Introduction

1. The adjustable mirror frame has a simple structure, good rigidity and stability, and is widely used in interferometers and laser resonators.

2. There are two series: the highly stable MHG-HS and the mass-produced MHG-MP.

3. The knob of the highly stable MHG-HS mirror frame is relatively large, and in addition to two adjustment points, its fulcrum can also be adjusted to adjust the position of the reflector in the vertical direction.

When using NOMI LOCKTM in an interferometer, its optical axis variation can be less than one interference fringe. (There are individual differences)

5. Use side screws to fix the reflector, making it easy to adjust the fastening force.

6. Without constraints such as threaded rings, both reflected and transmitted beams can obtain a larger aperture.

Note:

The rotation center of the mass-produced MHG-MP is located on the outer side of the reflector (at the fulcrum of the frame).

When fixing high stability MHG-HS on a flat surface, please use a specialized column mounting plate (MHG - * * BPRO).

After using the column mounting plate (MHG - * * BPRO), the optical axis will increase by 10mm.

4. The limit of the mirror frame is on the back of the mirror, so the position of the reflecting surface varies depending on the thickness of the mirror.
