This production line was originally a manual production line. After our company's automation transformation and upgrade, it has achieved automation of module stacking, flipping, bottom and side plate assembly, packaging, and soldering. It is compatible with a maximum module size of 1160x280x370mmz, saving 8 manpower. During the stacking process, the compression force and position are monitored. If the pressure or position does not meet the requirements, the machine will automatically stop and give an alarm. The original module unloading station adopts manual handling without any assistance device. Here, a 200KG truss type intelligent suspension lifting assistance system is added to reduce manual labor intensity and improve work efficiency.
