Nikon Projector V-12B Series

The Nikon desktop projector V-12B has improved precision and ease of operation.

These projectors have a 12 'projection screen and use a back and forth focusing method, allowing for the installation of higher precision and larger stroke stages. Built in XY counter and angle measuring instrument, upright image, easier observation and operation.

Nikon projectors can be installed with larger stages

Due to the belly back focusing method used in the V-12B series projector, the entire head can be raised and lowered, allowing for the installation of larger sized stages. When installing a 10x6 stage, the measurement range of the projector can reach 250x150mm.

Adjustable base size

Due to the increased rigidity of the instrument, a back and front focusing method can be used to achieve a workpiece height of up to 100mm.

Projection lens

The V-12B projector adopts a turret structure and can install three projection lenses simultaneously. All lenses from 5x to 500x have ultra-high resolution and minimal distortion, and their working distance is longer compared to lenses from all other manufacturers.

Nikon projector four stage zoom lens

When the V-12B projector uses bottom light, adjust the four segment zoom lens according to the magnification of the lens to allow an appropriate amount of light to enter the lens. When using a 200x or 500x lens, a DIA spotlight must be used.

Switchable vertical/oblique lighting Nikon projector

The built-in surface light of V-12B projector can switch between vertical illumination and oblique illumination as needed, making it very easy to detect boundaries when measuring resin parts and other components.

Upright image

The projected image is upright, consistent with the actual placement of the workpiece, making measurement very convenient, and the image quality is clearer than inverted images.

Built in counter and angle measuring instrument

The V-12B series is divided into four models. V-12BCD and 12BSC have built-in counters, while V-12BCD and V-12BD have built-in angle measuring instruments.
