Therefore, conducting artificial simulated environmental tests on materials or products is an essential step in ensuring their high quality. Artificial simulation environmental testing is a scientific summary of actual environmental impacts, characterized by typicality, standardization, ease of use, and comparability. The diversification of environmental conditions and the importance of environmental testing have also put forward stricter requirements for environmental testing equipment.
2、 Performance Introduction
Salt spray test is an artificial simulation of salt spray environment, which has significant advantages compared with exposure test under atmospheric conditions: the corrosive environment can be controlled, and the environmental reproducibility is good; The experimental time has been significantly shortened; Saved a lot of manpower, financial resources, and material resources. Its development and promotion have been rapid, evolving from the initial simple neutral salt spray test to various forms such as acetate salt spray test, copper salt accelerated acetate salt spray test, and alternating salt spray test.
The equipment can reach any temperature point between room temperature and 55 ℃ in the experimental workspace and maintain a constant temperature. Conduct salt spray corrosion tests on materials or products within a specified volume of the box, with constant temperature and relative humidity.
The material used to manufacture this equipment is imported corrosion-resistant PP high-temperature resistant plastic sheet, which does not react with salt containing solutions or acidic salt containing solutions and does not affect the test results. In the design work of this equipment, the internal and external pressure is balanced, and the salt spray can freely settle inside the box and be adjusted to the range specified by national standards. Moreover, the design takes into account the generation of condensation water at the top, inner walls, and other parts of the equipment. If it drips onto the test sample, it will affect the test results. So the top cover of this device is designed with a 106 ° angle, so during the testing process, condensed water will not drip onto the sample and affect the test results.

7、 Box structure
