Uniform lighting and constant color temperature

LED light sources generate daylight illumination conditions, allowing the sample to present natural colors. Its color temperature remains constant at different brightness levels, so even if the user changes the brightness, there is no need to spend time adjusting it. The LED design has a lifespan of 60000 hours, which not only reduces maintenance costs but also ensures stable brightness during use.

Optical performance suitable for flat images

The microscope adopts a flat field achromatic objective lens, which makes the images clear and smoother for large field observation. This allows users to observe the sample clearly and uniformly flat under regular microscopy.

Manipulate aperture stop to enhance contrast

The vertical movement of the spotlight improves contrast and the reduction of the aperture stop improves contrast, both of which have the same effect. Therefore, by effectively adjusting the contrast, better images can be obtained.

Maintain a good level of contrast

By locking the aperture stop, you can maintain your preferred contrast level. Even if accidentally touched during the replacement of the glass slide, the aperture stop can still be fixed in the optimal selection position.

Fixed Kohler illumination for optimal microscopic observation

The CX43 adopts a new technology called "Kohler Illumination (fixed field of view aperture)", which allows users to obtain effective illumination without adjusting the spotlight. This technology also avoids misoperation, thus ensuring that CX43 always provides better visual effects. And as a standard, this technology is applicable from 2X to 100X.

Convenient fluorescence observation

Observation is simple and easy to use. Insert the compact fluorescent lighting fixture into the microscope frame for fluorescence observation. Its LED light source has been pre aligned, simply set the spotlight to the FL position to block the transmitted illumination. This reduces the background noise in the fluorescence image caused by stray light from the top lens of the spotlight.

Place the sample with one hand

One hand can quickly slide in and out of the sample. During operation, the sample clamp is slightly opened and securely fixed to the sample. The universal sample holder is suitable for various types of glass slides, such as blood cell counters.

Smooth magnification switching

The low position objective lens turntable enables users to quickly switch magnification with small arm movements during focusing. This greatly improves work efficiency during long-term use.

5 objective lenses can be used simultaneously

To increase flexibility, the objective disc can support up to 5 objectives simultaneously. In addition to conventional objectives, users can also choose large field 2X objectives and phase difference objectives. These objective lenses have a long working distance, avoiding the risk of contact damage to the sample.

Ergonomic focusing knob

Low position focusing knob allows users to place their hands and forearms on the table for observation, improving comfort. The use of a focusing limit knob avoids the occurrence of sample damage under high magnification objective lenses.

Ergonomic stage and eyepiece position

The low loading platform design improves comfort and reduces fatigue. From the eye point position, the surface of the stage can be observed in a wide range, allowing users to comfortably place and view samples on the stage. The stage knob and focusing knob are close together, making it easy to control the movement of the stage while focusing.

Sample holder matches your observation habits

When users need to observe a large number of samples, the stage attachment improves work efficiency. When using the sample pad, users can freely move the sample with one finger on the thin pad or finely adjust it using the stage knob. The dual sample clamp can hold large-sized samples or two ordinary samples.

Simple fluorescence observation

Fluorescence observation can be easily established on the basis of standard configuration, and its eye point height is the same as other observation methods. Fluorescence observation can be carried out by inserting a fluorescent illumination device from the rear of the microscope frame.

The universal spotlight provides multiple observation methods and the feasibility of future upgrades. Combined with a five hole objective lens turntable, a single microscope frame can cover multiple applications.
