The whiteness sensor of the SH-8W online whiteness meter whiteness online detection system developed by Shanghai Jiashi Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. adopts high-precision sensor technology, and a highly intelligent computer can achieve online monitoring. The whiteness sensor consists of a light diffusing sphere and an amplifier. Its basic principle is to measure whiteness by measuring the reflectivity of the measured object to a certain frequency of light.
This online detection system has achieved automatic calibration and online measurement, and also uses highly intelligent computers, which are convenient to use, powerful in function, and user-friendly.
The measurement window of this online detection system is a square window reserved on the shell, enclosed with sapphire glass embedded with standard blocks. Outside the window is a whiteness sensor, which measures the whiteness of the flowing material inside the shell through the window.
The host part consists of an intelligent small computer and a control part. It processes the collected sensors by the computer and displays the corresponding measurement results on the LCD screen. The display screen can also show parameters such as upper and lower limit setting values, error correction, temperature correction, etc. The screen adopts a high-resolution 7-inch LCD touch screen. The instrument can control peripheral devices through a computer, with optional output upper and lower limit control thresholds. The 4-20mA corresponding control current is connected to the PLC for monitoring, and can be optionally equipped with a 485 interface and computer serial port connection to achieve remote computer monitoring.
