1. The lifting type thin plate leveling machine adopts a structure of a lifting type upper leveling roller group, which can be lifted up at a 45 ° angle. It can quickly and thoroughly clean the working roller, facilitate mechanical inspection, and ensure leveling accuracy. It is suitable for leveling surfaces of stainless steel plates, copper plates, aluminum plates and other materials with high precision requirements for thin plates with a thickness between 0.1-0.8mm.
2. The leveling roller adopts a pioneering three-stage structure. Compared with traditional single-stage and double stage materials that can only be bent downwards for feeding, the three-stage material can be bent upwards or downwards for feeding.
3. By installing a discharge arc control roller, the material arc curvature can be freely set for user-friendly operation. The initial material curvature of the coil can be adjusted to be flat, straight, upward or downward to match the mold stamping.
4. The drum adjustment adopts a pioneering scratch type adjustment method instead of the traditional dial gauge type adjustment method, which does not require additional calibration, makes debugging easier, more accurate, and has a longer service life.
5. The leveling roller is made of bearing steel, which has been heat-treated with HRC60 ° and coated with hard chromium on the surface before grinding. It has high hardness, wear resistance, and long service life.
6. Variable frequency speed control ensures that the material is not easily shaken or deformed during operation, meeting the requirements of high-precision leveling.
7. Models above 300mm are equipped with reinforcement devices to prevent the leveling roller from bending and deforming due to excessive pressure, enhance the leveling strength and service life of the entire roller, and improve the surface flatness requirements of the board.
