Its internal purification level can reach 100-100000 levels. Suitable for areas with high local purification requirements in the operation area, widely used in high cleanliness areas such as broadcasting, assembly line operations, assembly areas, and operation of several machines.
Working Principle:
The fan sucks in air from the top of the FFU, filters it through the primary and high-efficiency filters, and the filtered clean air is uniformly sent out to the clean room at a speed of 0.45m/s ± 20% on the entire air outlet surface. Forming a uniform flow layer allows the clean air flow to form a vertical unidirectional flow, which enables the clean air flow to move away indoor dust particles at the fastest speed like a piston, thereby ensuring the required cleanliness in the work area. To achieve different levels of cleanrooms, it mainly relies on the different air volumes supplied per unit time.
